Wirecast GearCare from Telestream is an upgrade to the standard warranty. GearCare extends the warranty an additional two years, giving you a total of three years of warranty protection. In addition, the upgrade provides premium software support once you purchase it, and if your unit fails Telestream will ship you a replacement unit by next day air once an RMA is approved. You must purchase GearCare before the end of the first year of ownership of your Wirecast Gear WCG2-310 / WCG2-320 / WCG2-420.
