What are my delivery options?
Our items are typically shipped directly from the distributor to our customers, rather than coming from our own warehouse.
As a result, we don't have much choice in the shipping options available for our customers. In most cases, our distributors only offer one shipping option, which is typically the most efficient and cost-effective method available. Your order may also arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers.
We understand that some customers may prefer other shipping options, but unfortunately, we are not able to offer these options due to our arrangement with our distributors. However, we do our best to provide accurate estimates of delivery times and keep our customers updated throughout the shipping process.
You will be provided with Courier details and consignment numbers to track the delivery of their order. Circumstances out of our control such as courier and supply delays can affect the delivery time.

Sometimes your order may include a combination of in stock, and out of stock items. In this situation, we offer the following options:
Ship Everything Together: We will wait until all of your items have arrived into stock, then we will ship everything together. This incurs no additional shipping costs.
Part Shipment: We will ship any items that are in-stock immediately, then we will wait for the rest of your items to arrive into stock and ship them in an additional shipment. This will incur an additional delivery fee.
- Order Cancellation: If you cannot wait for an out-of-stock item to arrive back in stock, we can offer you full or partial cancellation of your order and full refund.
New-Media does not offer international shipping unless by prior arrangement. If you are overseas and wish to purchase goods, please contact us to discuss your options.
Damaged or Lost Goods
If you suspect your delivery has been lost in transit, please contact us.
